Orders may only ship to valid addresses. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO boxes, or any address outside the United States.
Do not submit duplicate orders. If you need to update an existing order, please contact customer service. Duplicate orders create extra processing work and confusion.
We set a maximum limit on order quantities. This limit may vary by product. Bulk orders will require pre-approval.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. All orders will be charged at the prices displayed during checkout.

Taxes and shipping charges are added at checkout based on your shipping destination. We utilize real-time shipping rates.
Payment Methods

Shipping & Delivery
We cannot guarantee delivery dates or times. All shipping dates on orders are estimates only. Delivery speed will depend on origin, destination, and other factors.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when shipments are lost by the carrier or shipped in error on our part. Expedited shipping upgrades cannot be refunded.
We are not liable for shipping delays or errors caused by the shipping carrier. Take any issues, damage, or loss up with the shipping company directly.
We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO boxes, or outside the U.S. We only ship domestically to valid street addresses within the 50 states.
Some products cannot be shipped to certain states or areas due to state and local laws. We will indicate item-specific restrictions during checkout.
You are responsible for all import duties and local taxes. These additional charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen deliveries. We recommend requiring a signature or using an insured service for high-value orders.
Returns & Refunds
Most unopened products can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note that return policies differ for certain items like clearance merchandise.
All returns must be initiated online through your account. Contact customer service to start a return request. Do not ship items back to us without authorization.
Refunds are issued once returned items are inspected by our warehouse. Expect 2-3 weeks for inspection and refund processing. Refunds only apply to the price of merchandise, not original shipping fees.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (like shipping the wrong item). We recommend using an insured, trackable shipping service for returns.
Items must be returned in original condition with tags/packaging. Do not use, wash, damage, or alter items if you intend to seek a refund. Refunds cannot be issued for used, worn, or damaged merchandise.
Clearance and sale items are final sale. We do not accept returns or provide refunds on items marked final sale, discounted, or clearance merchandise.
Gift cards, subscriptions, and certain products are non-refundable. Please carefully review our refund exclusions before purchasing.
